まごころ込めて蒔いた種は、やがて芽を出し、大きな根を張り幹を作り、たわわな葉で太陽の恩恵を受けるようになります。 　私たちヨシケンは、創業から約半世紀。はじめは小さな若葉でしたが、信頼と実績を積み重ねてすくすくと育ち、現在も社員全員の力強い行動力を栄養分にして、どんどん太く逞しく成長しております。 　新世紀を迎え、高度に発展した現代社会において、お客様が求められるものはより高度で複雑なものへと変化しました。 　ヨシケンは多様化するお客様のニーズにすばやくお応えするために、長年培われたノウハウや技術、ネットワークを生かして、ご要望以上の満足をしていただくために日々努力を重ねております。 　また、最近では鋼材の販売・加工にとどまらず新しい分野でもお客様のご期待に応えられるような体制にすべく可能性を追求しています。 　新しい無限の可能性を信じて−。ヨシケンの挑戦はまだまだ続きます。

A seed we have carefully planted will soon sprout, root deep into the soil and grow to be a big trunk, while basking in a bright sunlight. It has been half a century since our foundation. We were only a small young leaf at first, but today after many years of nurturing, we have grown to become a company with great achievements receiving reliance from our clients. Today optimistic attitudes of our staff have proved to be the nutrient for the young leaf, growing stronger and more robust. With the arrival of a new century, and in a highly developed society of today, demands of our customers have become diverse and highly complicated. To quickly respond to these demands and needs, we have made constant efforts to more than satisfy our customers' needs, utilizing our know-how, technology and network that have been built up through long years of business. In recent years, we have gone beyond processing and distribution of steel products, pursuing the possibility in meeting expectations of our customers. We believe in the infinite possibility. Yoshiken's challenge continues.

◆ 昭和25年４月　東京都板橋区小豆沢4-24-26（現本社）にて吉柴商店を創業 ◆ 昭和39年４月　現代表取締役　吉柴　博　鋼材販売を開始 ◆ 昭和44年５月　有限会社吉柴商店として法人化する（資本金250万円） ◆ 昭和52年７月　戸田工場開設（加工部門の開始） ◆ 昭和60年１月　戸田第２工場開設及び本社を新築する ◆ 昭和61年８月　株式会社ヨシケンに社名変更。資本金1750万円に増資する ◆ 平成元年12月　戸田営業所を開設する ◆ 平成３年４月　戸田笹目に社宅を購入する ◆ 平成５年５月　１基目のレーザー加工機を導入する ◆ 平成７年７月　２基目のレーザー加工機を導入する ◆ 平成８年８月　戸田加工センターを開設する（製造分野への進出） ◆ 平成９年10月　加工センターにプラズマ加工機・NC穴開け機を導入する ◆ 平成12年１月　各種製造装置の設計・製造及び販売分野に本格的に進出 ◆ 平成13年１月　レーザー加工機のCAD・CAM装置を新設する 　　　　　　　（インターネットを使用しデータ交換が可能）

1950.4 Established Yoshishiba Shoten at 4-24-26 Azusawa, Itabashi-Ku, Tokyo 1964.4 Began distribution of steel material, President Hiroshi Yoshishiba 1969.5 Became an incorporated firm, named Yoshishiba Shoten (Capital: \2,500,000) 1977.7 Established Toda Plant (began processing department) 1985.1 Established No.2 Toda Plant and built a new head office building 1986.8 Company name changed to Yoshiken Co., Ltd. Capital increased to \17,500,000 1989.12 Established Toda Office 1991.4 Purchased a company housing at Toda Sasame 1993.5 Installed the first Laser Processor 1995.7 Installed the second Laser Processor 1996.8 Established Toda Processing Center (went into manufacturing) 1997.10 Installed Plasma Processor and NC Hole Puncher at the Processing Center 2000.1 Began full-scale operation of designing, manufacturing and marketing of various manufacturing equipment 2001.1 Newly installed CAD/CAM equipment for Laser Processor (Data exchange utilizing Internet is now possible)
